What Is CBD? A Plain-English Guide
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is one of more than a hundred compounds called cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. If you've heard of THC, the compound in cannabis that causes a "high," CBD is its non-intoxicating cousin.
Where does it come from?
The CBD in Inflamade products comes from hemp. Under U.S. federal law, hemp is cannabis that contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. That federal definition is changing, and we'll keep you updated. Our creme tests at 0.0% THC.

How do people use CBD?

- Look for a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent lab that matches your batch number.
- Check the CBD amount matches the label, and that THC is listed as non-detect (ND) if that matters to you.
